For almost 100 years, traveling fairs and carnivals have toured America, entertaining communities of all sizes. Although many of the attractions have changed over time, the fun-loving spirit of this unique combination of shows, food and games has remained the same for generations.
Every year, when the fair or carnival comes to town, people are a little bit happier. Customers, both young and old, look forward to putting their daily troubles aside for a while to ride the carousel, enjoy some cotton candy or win a teddy bear.
Fairs are big business. In Pennsylvania alone, over 100 fairs are held annually and dozens of smaller carnivals benefit local hospitals, churches, fire companies and other nonprofit organizations.

Founded by Henry Saluk in 1963, Wondershows began as a midsize carnival which soon grew to accommodate 3 acres of rides, games, and fun food.
In the spring of 2000, husband and wife, Ken and Anita Kiernicki, who have over 20 years of carnival experience under their belt, became the new owners of Wondershows.

Ever since our begining in 1946, Wood Entertainment has been creating smiles and generating thrills across the United States by providing rides for the Minnesota State Fair, Del Mar Fair, Texas State Fair, Oklahoma State Fair, among many others. Our lineup of rides includes the massive Magnum, a four trailer ride that was imported from Germany; the Remix, a feet dangling, twirling expirence; the Sleigh Ride, a winther themed himalaya style ride; the Mardi Gras, a double decker fun house filled with tricks and excitement; as well as many other rides.
